Umm question about the October issue of Seventeen Magazine?

Question by Maggie (:: Umm question about the October issue of Seventeen Magazine?
On the front under “Look pretty Now!” it says:

PLUS: The $ 20 jeans you must have!

But I couldn’t find this article anywhere in the issue, and in the “on the cover” section on the table of contents it’s not labeled. Anyone find it?
