Is it fair to say that no African-American would ever compare Slavery with a Right to Health Care?

Question by longhaired freaky person: Is it fair to say that no African-American would ever compare Slavery with a Right to Health Care?
And only the descendents of slave-owners would trivialize the institution of slavery in this way?
“See, you guys weren’t the only slaves. WE have to have health insurance.”
