If you hit someones car and you only have your paper liscence can you get it taken away?

Question by Sayuri Makino: If you hit someones car and you only have your paper liscence can you get it taken away?
I was in an accident and it was my fault would i get my liscence taken away since it was only a paper liscence? And also what if they only have half coverage insurance and i have full insurance do i have to cover them fully

    What other kind of license is there but a “paper license”?
    What is “half insurance”?
    Instead of asking about insurance here on Y/A, don’t you think it would be best to be asking your insurance company these questions and seeking advice from them? Don’t you agree that they will know best?
