Q&A: How can I not care what others think?

Question by Ellen (:: How can I not care what others think?
I really like this boy in my year. But every other time I have a boyfriend I get SO embarrassed and go bright red when people ask the smallest question’s like “are you and him still together?”. How can I stop caring about what others think of me and be comfortable with him? Help! I’m avoiding relationships because of this!

That’s a though one because as humans we look for approval from everyone. I would have to say to just keep on doing it and not care what others think, after a while of this you will be so used to it you really wont care what others think. Also put into your mindset that its your life and who cares what others think as long as the guy your with is making you happy.
