Is there a reason why girls on facebook get extremely close to their girl friends?

Question by : Is there a reason why girls on facebook get extremely close to their girl friends?
As you know, most boys on facebook just add each other and say they’re friends and all. But I’ve noticed girls tend to add other girls as their “sisters” on facebook. And they might also say they’re “married” or “in a relationship” with other girls. They also tend to call each other “wifey” and often say they love each other. Is there a reason why girls get FAR closer to each other than boys, as friends.

if they say like hun or babe then it’s just being nice MOSTLY…and sisters and being married is normal it’s just cause there like best friends. and if there in a relationship…uhm if heard one thing of too girls doing that cause a status thing, and they erased after like 10 minutes. but if people have that they might actually be in one loll. and i actually stay the same on fb w/ boys and girls. 0.o

I agree with ya bro, it’s weird. I think it’s more of a “I don’t wanna look like I can’t score a boyfriend so I’ll just send my friend a relationship request” kinda thing lol. But whatever. At first I thought all of my friends that did this were lezbos lmao. Peace

Girls are less ‘afraid’ of showing their emotions and they show it in ways eg over facebook

Because we’re girls. Girls have best friends, and are very close to them.

  7. Bella says:

girls just wanna have fun..it makes them feel better knowing that this person will b there for them . its not like they really wanna marry the other one..they just hope that by saying that it will make their relationship even better and it usually does.

and girls tend to be more insecure about friendships than boys
