IF you want to just reheat it , let set to room temp, pre heat pan, add 1 tbs water, add steak, cover 1 min, remove cover, flip, when pan dry , finished, taste like fresh cooked.

personally, I would warm the steak and serve it over a crisp salad.

To the two people who mocked Christopher…Come on, I used to do the same thing and found out the guy has a fabulous personality and is ready to help in many ways. He even took my snide comments all in stride.

IF YA said I could only have 1 contact, seriously, mine would be Christopher because he knows whats hes talking about and he cares, really.

I am thinking this is a beef steak?

    Beef Leftover Casserole
Cooked beef, cut up in bite-size pieces
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    Minced onion to taste
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 2 soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 cup quick-cooking rice
    Fresh mushrooms, chopped (optional)

Add all above to crock pot & cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours. If meat is very tender, may be baked in a casserole at 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or may cook meat in 1 cup of water until very tender, then proceed with oven method.
This is very flexible & amount of meat can vary, but you need about 2 cups of meat.

You can use chicken, beef or pork in this. I like to put a butt in the crockpot, eat it that way, then the next day take some and add bbq sauce and make sandwhiches and the last day make this recipe.

    Mexican Roll Ups

    Use one of your choice
Shredded Chicken, shredded beef or shredded pork
Put in skillet with 1 pkg of taco seasoning
Add enough water so that you may simmer it, not to much

    After simmering like 20 min
Place small amount in to soft burrito shell, I like to use the large ones.
Roll them up and secure with toothpicks
In deep fryer or skillet, brown til golden brown
    They will be crunchy
Serve with sour cream, salsa or gucamole

Dont forget to remove toothpicks !!!!

    chili verde
cube the pork, and sautee it in a bit of oil just to brown it. You can sweat some diced onions at the same time if you like. Then, the easy way to finish it is to open a can or two of green chile sauce, cover the pork with it, and simmer it (covered) for somewhere between 20 minutes and an hour. You can serve this on top of plain rice, which will pick up every last bit of the delicious juice, or you can wrap it in a heated flour tortilla with whatever other ingredients you use in your burrito. A little guacamole is good

  4. Sugar Pie says:

Slice them up while still cold, then sort of saute in a skillet… a few tsp of water will help them get heated through. THen you can eat them like fajitas, rolled up in flour tortillas, or over salad, or over noodles.

thin slice the steak and saute with a package of fresh sliced mushrooms 3 cloves garlic minced, and a small onion quartered and sliced thin…. once veggies are tender add a family size can of cream mushroom soup and 1/2 a can of water, and 2 beef bullion cubes, simmer for about 20-30 minutes. bring to a soft boil and stir in 1 1/2 cups sour cream. Make steak sandwiches or BBQ beef sandwiches, you have a LOT of choices to make with the leftover steak…..

Even in this hot weather, you can make Steak Salads, mixed greens, sliced steak and croutons…..Dress with your favorite dressing……..Experiment…..

To make the BBQ beef sandwiches, just cut the steak into thin slices, place with your favorite BBQ sauce in a deep sauce pan (large enough to accommodate the steak and sauce) and let it rip on LOW for a couple hours, stirring every 20 minutes or so…..Serve on substantial rolls (like Kaiser or Onion Rolls, something sturdy enough to stand up to BBQ steak……) Serve with your favorite sides….Enjoy!!!
