Question by Tyler H: How can I lose weight without exercise so much? I mean Im not a person that can really exercise………..?
I’m a vegitarian so that should help a little. I mean what things can I do to lose that extra weight and unattractive fat.
Its not healthy to just stop eating so I can’t do that, but what things “can” I do?

I would suggest trying cleansing your body. I found cleansing to be the best weight loss program. I have ever tried. I lost 12 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. Being a vegetarian ought to help, but it also depends on your blood type. I’m a blood type A, so a vegetarian-like diet works well for me and helps me lose weight. A blood type O, however, needs to eat meat, and abstinence does not help weight loss.
Try getting hold of the book Eat Right 4 your Blood Type by Dr Peter D’Adamo . In this book, you get an excellent and detailed profile of the foods your blood type can handle, and this will not only promote weight loss, but will also curb diseases that you may be prone to. It’s an interesting read, though I personally did not follow it as if it were gospel truth. Sometimes you have to do your own research to see what works best for you. For example, the book says type As should only drink soya milk and should avoid dairy products. Now that doesn’t work for me, because too much soya milk causes breast cancer, a disease that runs rampant in my family.
I would suggest you drink a lot of water. If you can, drink a good mug of hot water first thing in the morning. Substitute drinks all day long for hot/warm water. It seems to make a big difference with me. Green tea is another weight reducing, appetite suppressing, health-giving beverage. Try it! The only problem with water and green tea is that you tend to make more visits to the bathroom than usual.
Try gentle exercise. Muscle-focus exercises are great. For example, I work on my stomach muscles without moving the rest of my body. I inhale/exhale, and tighten the muscles of my stomach and relax them alternately. I learned this after I delivered my twins. I actually used to do these tummy muscle pulls lying in bed!
You can do the same for your buttocks and thighs, or for any muscle in your body. It may require that you get professional advice first, to avoid injuring yourself.

C25k = Couch to 5k – perfect for me. If you google it you’ll find all the info. They have a week by week program to follow. Having it all outlined helps. Plus I’ve roped a friend in to do it with me so we can motivate each other.
Sorry, but you are either going to have to cut down on calories or start doing more exercise if you want to lose some weight. Good luck

Sorry, I have some bad news for you! You need some form of cardio workout activity if you really want to lose weight and keep it off. You have to get that heart pumping and add to your lean muscle mass. But don’t make it a big production. If you can make it fun, it will be easy to do. Why not take up something like mountain biking or dancing? Or take a look at one of the budget programs that offers easy to follow, step by step instructions, such as Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. This book comes loaded with some of the best weight loss tips.
As you are a vegetarian, you might also try juicing for weight loss. This can be great fun. It is extremely low-calorie and juice is fat-free. In addition, it satisfies your sweet tooth and fills you up. All the nutrients you will be getting, are a big bonus.
Fad diets simply don’t work. Do your body a huge favor, and try to come up with a fat-burning plan you can enjoy and manage easily. Put some fun into fitness, and you will never look back. Just imagine that new body you will be creating. I am sure you can do it!
I am vegetarian also. You lose 90% of fat through diet alone, not exercise, so that is good news for you. You need to change your diet a lot.
1. Instead of 3 big meals a day eat 6 small meals a day interspersed evenly throughout the day. they can be be 3 biggish meals and 3 snack size meals. but make sure you eat the same overall amount as you would if you just ate 3 big meals. Make sure your split is something like 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. do not stop eating fat, as if you do you will not lose fat! your body will think it is in starvation mode, and hold on to your fat like glue. but make sure they are healthy fats like nuts instead of oily food.
2. count your calories. make sure you dont eat more than 2000 calories a day if you are female.
3. if you can make 3 half hour sessions of cardio a week on top of this, you will lose weight.
i’m a vegetarian and i lost lots of weight by eating food that are 1. low in carb. 2. low in sugar 3. low in fat.
1.food that are low in carb no bread, no potatoes, no rice or pastas. no starchy food.
2.food that are low in sugar. food that have low sugar value. little to no fruits. definitely no drinks where sugar is added.
3. food that are low in fat. this part is hard because vegetarians dont have a lot of choices in this part. in this part you can not have anything with cream, anything fried, anything sauteed in oil or baked with butter.
if your food passes through all three catagory than you can have as much as you want and you’ll still lose weight without excercise.
go to a slimming club and go on a healthy eating diet they do work i never used to exercise and i lost 2 stone.

Try and do a little exercise if you can. If you are not doing any at all at the moment then any you start doing regualarly wil really help.
If you are a vegitarian then you should be doing this already – eat lots of fruit and veg, no snacking unless its fruit, and never stop eating or skip meals stick to 3 meals aday. Drink at least 1 1/2 to 2 litres of water per day, cut our all fatty foods and sugars and have a good nights sleep.

lots of water….avoid oily stuff…i mean if u put oil on ur veggies ^_^
then, dont eat anything with flour..dats if u eat bread, cereals, that kind of stuff..try eating fruits also…not so much banana though coz i heard one banana is like one whole cup of rice!
o yeah…drink “Fit n Right” it rily helps to lose weight. drink it three times a day after each meal…
Honestly, the way to loose weight and be healthy is diet and exercise, not to say that you have to spend 5 hours in a gym each night, but you’ve got to do something. Why can’t you exercise?
eat fruits, vegetables and stay away from fatty food. watch out for saturated fat. that’s the one that would add on the unnecessary fat.
type in google (negative calories diet). don’t eat too much carbohydrates as you don’t exercise, it might take longer for you burn off. try protein but you must have some carbohydrates, otherwise you wont have energy.

Whatever you do, you have to exercise also, or you’ll hit the point where you won’t lose any more weight. You need to exercise when you hit that point.
