idk for new jersey, in Iowa caucuses you can. i didn’t vote in the caucuses but I’m a junior delegate and I’m only 14
Yes, if you had registered before Jan. 15th.
Unfortunatly you cannot vote until your 18… if your 18 by november then you can vote in that election but not the primary. You gotta be 18 on the day of the vote. Because they usually vote for other (state cencerns) things on the day of the primary/ caucus of your state…
